A therapeutic space for adults & young people
I am an Integrative Adult Counsellor and a qualified Child and Adolescent Therapeutic Counsellor. I am an individual member of BACP and my membership number is 01032261.
I offer a warm, compassionate, and engaged presence to support adults and young people facing challenges in their emotional well-being, relationships, and overall sense of fulfilment. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or misunderstood, I’m here to help you move toward greater clarity and self-acceptance.

As a qualified Child and Adolescent Therapist, I am dedicated to fostering the emotional and psychological well-being of young individuals. My training as an integrative therapist equips me with a diverse range of therapeutic approaches, allowing me to tailor my support to meet each young person's unique needs. By blending techniques from various modalities to create a personalised and holistic healing experience that resonates with the individual. Child-led play is at the heart of my work with young people. My practice places the child at the centre of the therapeutic process, using play as a natural and safe way for children to express themselves and feel understood.
I am a qualified Adult Counsellor. My qualifications in adult counselling encompass a range of therapeutic techniques suited for individuals facing challenges in adulthood. I focus on supporting adults through various life transitions, relationship issues, trauma and emotional hurdles. My approach emphasises the importance of self-reflection, resilience, and personal empowerment, helping clients to navigate their experiences effectively.
Prior to my counseling career, I enjoyed a lengthy and dynamic journey in the film industry. This experience enriched my understanding of the demands and pressures that accompany a busy professional life, insights I bring into my therapeutic practice. As a mother, I am acutely aware of the delicate balance required to manage personal well-being alongside familial responsibilities, which further deepens my empathy and understanding when working with both children and their families.
I believe that challenges affecting our emotional well-being, relationships, and sense of fulfilment can arise at any stage of life, particularly in childhood and adolescence, but also in adulthood. Therapy offers a supportive and empowering space to explore these difficulties, build resilience, and facilitate growth.
I provide a safe, non-judgmental environment allowing clients, both young and adult, to freely explore their thoughts and emotions. Together, we will uncover the barriers holding them back, guiding them toward greater clarity, self-acceptance, and lasting change.
Whether a child, adolescent, or adult feels stuck, overwhelmed, or misunderstood, I am committed to walking alongside them at their own pace, focusing on what is most important to them. My goal is to empower individuals to navigate their feelings and experiences, fostering a path towards healing and personal growth.
