A confidential space to explore the thoughts, feelings and challenges in your life
I’m Georgia Kaufman, an Adult Counsellor. I offer a warm, compassionate, and engaged presence to support adults facing challenges in their emotional well-being, relationships, and overall sense of fulfilment. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or misunderstood, I’m here to help you move toward greater clarity and self-acceptance.
I am trained as an integrative therapist, which means I draw upon a range of therapeutic approaches to tailor my support for your unique needs, blending techniques from different modalities to create a personalised and holistic healing experience.
Before becoming a counsellor, I had a lengthy career in the film industry, where I gained first-hand experience of the demands that come with a busy professional life. As a mother, I also understand the delicate balance required to manage personal well-being alongside the responsibilities of family.
I believe that as adults, we all encounter challenges that can affect our emotional well-being, relationships, and overall sense of fulfilment. Therapy provides a supportive and empowering space to explore these difficulties, helping to build resilience and encourage growth.
The therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my work. I offer a safe, non-judgemental, and confidential environment where you can explore your thoughts and emotions freely. Together, we can uncover what may be holding you back, guiding you toward greater clarity, self-acceptance, and lasting change.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or misunderstood, I will walk alongside you at your own pace, focusing on what feels most important to you.
